Our newest addition is the Thirty Mile Ranch located thirty miles north of Billings, Montana in the Bull Mountains. This historic ranch has a resident herd of 50-100 elk in addition to mule deer and antelope. This ranch presents an outstanding opportunity for five bowhunting memberships. The article at left, Elk 02, describes an elk hunt on the 30 Mile.

The Thirty Mile Ranch consists of approximately 26,000 acres with approximately 23,000 acres of deeded land. The property is well posted with locked gates. Access is off Highway 87 between Billings and Roundup. All of the hunting areas are accessible via four wheel drive or ATV.

The Thirty Mile Ranch was not rifle hunted during the 2002 hunting season and should be excellent for elk and mule deer bowhunting this year. The property is available now for scouting and blind construction. The memberships are priced at $1600 each, additional fees of $1100 apply for non-residents.
